Europe is facing a time of great changes, challenging
Psychomotricity in formation, research and professional framing. The
different national realities
in Psychomotricity’s development demands a great analysis to
answer the diversity, yet preserving its specificity and identity.
By accepting this challenge, the Congress wanted to promote an open discussion,
with the collaboration of recognized investigators and professionals of
Psychomotricity, focused in five sub-themes: Epistemological and Conceptual
Basis, Psychomotor Semiology, Evaluation and Diagnosis, Intervention Methodology
and Techniques, Interpersonal Relation in Psychomotricity and Intervention
Contexts.
Lisbon invited the Congress participants to meet the kindness of its people
and richness of its past, as well as the dynamic of its present, besides
offering the opportunity to enrich professional and personal relationships.
